After one year at the head of the Berlin business banking start-up Penta, Chief Executive Officer Marko Wenthin will be leaving the company for personal reasons.
Under Wenthin's leadership, the company has professionalised significantly and has taken important steps in its growth and internationalization. This included in particular the successful conclusion of the Series B financing round. Moreover, the Fintech company has benefited from Wenthin's many years of experience in the industry. Wenthin’s and the company’s shared vision to make Penta the best business banking solution will continue to be pursued. In the coming months, Wenthin will remain at the company to ensure an orderly transition.
In addition, Marko Wenthin will remain a shareholder of Penta after his departure and will continue to support the company on its successful path.
